Full interior remodel and rear addition to a single family home for a young family with 2 kids. Blending the original character of the historic home with modern installations and additions, a dynamic synergy was created with a strong connection between the new and remodeled spaces connected to the back garden with a large rear deck. Three stories of new interior free flowing space included a new Kitchen, Breakfast Nook, Master Suite, Laundry, Powder, new secondary Bedrooms & Bathrooms, and a new interior Stair to lower Family Room. Project included complicated Planning Department coordination.
