Expanding down and renovating the unused rear portion of the Garage, a beautiful Victorian home was able to expand living space and connect seamlessly with the exterior rear yard. Modern detailing maximized natural light and views. Project scope included a new floating Stair, Family Room, Guest Suite, Laundry, as well as a complete redesign of the rear yard/garden and rear facade. The historic front facade was restored with new entry Stairs.
