The final Phase 4 for a multi phase project on a beautiful Victorian home. A vertical & horizontal addition added 2 additional Kid’s Bedrooms to the top floor to address the growing family needs. A complete gut interior remodel transformed the Kitchen into a modern oasis with an additional new Breakfast Nook, Dining area, Media Room, Pantry, Powder Room, Home Office, and new upper Stair. Modern detailing maximized natural light and views. The historic front facade had the Entry Stairs redone with a new trash enclosure. The project involved successful and complicated Planning Dept approval process.
