Complete remodel to a classic Edwardian Home in the Avenues. The scope of work included a new Kitchen, 2 new Baths, a new Master Suite, and a new Powder Room. Existing period features were seamlessly integrated with contemporary detailing. The floor plan was opened up to provide clear views and better connectivity between spaces on the main floor and improved circulation on the upper floor with upgrades to the Stair and Hall. Also included was all new electrical work, new wood floors, window replacements, and facade upgrades.
