An unusually narrow Victorian unit within a duplex is expanded vertically by excavating and adding new living space to an unused Basement. Program included new foundation, retaining walls, new internal Stairs, 2 new Bathrooms, Office, Guest Suite, and general opening of the space plan. Historic front facade was restored as part of the project scope.
