Four new 10 story Office Buildings located on opposing corners of First & Howard Streets in downtown San Francisco. All four buildings are visually connected by utilizing multiple curtain wall systems and consistent layers of material skin. The design integrates innovative mechanical systems including raised floor plenums and undulating roofs to conceal mechanical equipment. Open lobbies and roof decks create natural light and ventilation. Work done as Project Architect for Studios Architecture.
