A total gut renovation of an existing 1950s 6-unit apartment building. Each unit was completely altered and renovated, the exterior facade redesigned, and a new roof deck installed with expansive panoramic views over the Bay, Fisherman’s Warf, and Telegraph Hill beyond. Project involved complicated litigation coordination and Agency approvals.
