Rear addition and interior remodel to a historic Pacific Heights estate. Scope included new Kitchen, Family Room, Breakfast Nook, Butler’s Pantry, and Media Room. Careful interior details matched the historic character of the existing house. Scope also inlcuded foundation upgrades and new retaining walls.
