A new stair, 4 new dormers, and 4 new skylights were added to an underutilized Attic, transforming it into a functional, light filled floor with 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths and new custom suspended glass balconies offering stunning views. The project required strategic coordination with the SF Planning and Building Deptartments.
