Design scope included expansion of Attic with new dormers and roof deck as well as significant foundation and structural upgrades. New rear decks capture expansive views over downtown. Interior design integrated period details with modern space planning and bold color palettes. Project included complex multi permit approval process and sensitive neighbor coordination.
